Request to make the height=auto or height as exact size to be configurable

Hi, Versions before 2.2 had the height as exact size in `px`. After 2.2 the height is set to `auto`. The reason for the change is stated in the docs. Can we have this behaviour configurable? My use case is generating pdf from it and that needs the exact width and height for the resized image. Thanks, Peter
