Documentation to install, without using tpm.

I have a a very minimal tmux config. And do not want to add a plugin manager, and do do the ceremony for that. I am assuming that many out there who feel the same. Would be nice if there was some doc which said something like - clone repo to some location - add following line to tmux.conf If some helps me to get it working on my machine, I'd more than happy to write that doc myself and send a PR.
