Update facechain_sdwebui.py

The on_ui_tabs function now includes example UI components to demonstrate how to set up the FaceChain UI. The on_ui_settings function is registered correctly using script_callbacks.on_ui_settings(on_ui_settings). The analytics_enabled=False parameter ensures that no analytics data is collected. An example function submit_text is added to handle the button click event.
