Notification upon reconnection

### 📑 I have found these related issues/pull requests none related from what I saw from a few keyword searches ### 🔖 Feature description I'm using Uptime Kuma to ping a few major websites once every 5 minutes to log the (current) slight (in)stability of my connection and it would be useful to have the notification get posted when the connection is online again. Currently its logged in Uptime Kuma and works when pressing Test, but doesn't send a notification after the Internet connection drop/reconnect. <img width="1842" height="899" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/0d3a21f0-fd6f-4bdd-b6ea-4e7a34dc59b1" /> <img width="378" height="38" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1539764c-2acc-4c5e-9bfc-31fe91b3c3e8" /> ### ✔️ Solution If notification fails (no connection), then it should try again when they connection is active again. ### ❓ Alternatives Currently I can manually see the point of no connection and log the timestamp manually in the Discord channel. ### 📝 Additional Context _No response_
