ros-jazzy-smacc2 and ros-jazzy-smacc2-msgs not found via apt

Hi, I released to Jazzy back in November: https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/48721 It shows up in the index: https://index.ros.org/p/smacc2/#jazzy https://index.ros.org/p/smacc2_msgs/#jazzy But is not found via apt. What gives? Thank you,
