[FEATURE] Async work with filesystem

### Describe your feature request. ive configs on a cloud mounted fs every time i type `.config list` it freezes for 1-2 seconds (or longer if ive bad internet) during this this time i can get kicked from the server for "connection problems" i noticed that lb already have this feature for async requests by @MukjepScarlet please, make configs (or any fs interaction) async ### Additional context _No response_
