Doesn't show button for self hosted github instance.

After the update to version 24.12.26 in Chrome, the button doesn't show up in self hosted github instances. I could also not find the source code changes related to this new version, which is kind of strange to me. This also might be related to the "refined github" extension, but it seems to work on normal github.com. No button in self hosted github instance  Showing two buttons, but otherwise working fine for normal github.com  Any ideas on what this could be related to?
