Add link to "It's all code"

The initiative [It's all code](https://github.com/itsallcode) also likes Markdown and has a very nice project [OpenFastTrace](https://github.com/itsallcode/openfasttrace) to track requirements. It should be highlighted. Somehow blocked by #95.
