"Architectural Decisions" to strengthen "Architecturally Significant"

Short: We think to revert https://github.com/adr/madr/issues/41 to strengthen "Architecturally Significant". - "Any": Too broad - "Architectural": Maybe too narrow? Is going back to "Markdown Architectural Decision Records" a good idea?
