compute_msd: cast an error when sample_interval*Nc is longer than total simulation time

In compute_msd, when sample_interval and Nc are set such that their product is larger than the total number of simulation steps, please cast an error. Otherwise, one can end up in the undesirable situation when, after a long simulation, the resulting msd.out file only contains zeros.
