update rustowl pkgs

Hi @mrcjkb, the version you originally posted was a bit outdated and the build process had changed so I packaged it myself. In order for the author of rustowl to provide a link to the nix version to keep it up to date, I think we should explore updating the nix/flake version of rustwol together. cordx56/rustowl/issues/79
