Add config to suppress version warning

I propose adding an option like `g:coqtail_no_version_warn` (default: `false`) that allows users to knowingly suppress coqtail's Rocq version warnings. This would make it less annoying to upgrade Rocq versions before waiting on `Coqtail` to add full support. I'd be happy to implement this if there's support for it.
