Request: Prevent breaking light blocks

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding light blocks on the spawn. Players are able to break light blocks using certain modifications/modded clients. In vanilla Minecraft, these blocks normally cannot be broken because they do not have a hitbox, but some client modifications make it possible, for example [this mod](https://github.com/AmyMialeeMods/visiblebarriers). ### Describe the solution you'd like. Would it be possible to add an option to prevent breaking light blocks? Ideally by implementing it into the existent settings blockbreak option, so breaking these blocks could be disabled. ### Describe alternatives you've considered.
