Possible new rule: converting magrittr pipe to base pipe

It might be borderline in terms of scope, but would you consider a rule to convert magrittr pipelines into base R pipelines? There are cases where conversion is not possible, or not straightforward but these could be skipped and the rule would still cover a good proportion of cases.
