Quick fix for T/F lint (true_false_symbol) not available in Positron (and probably at all)

For "`T` and `F` can be confused with variable names. Spell `TRUE` and `FALSE` entirely instead.", Positron offers only suppression, not a quick fix. Not sure where this problem arises, but for many other lints the Quick Fix is available and works. Hitting Fix leads Positron to ask the AI assistant for a fix, which seems superfluous. Using Jarl extension v0.0.11; jarl 0.5.0 alpha in the terminal also does not report the true_false_symbol error as auto-fixable.
