Failed to precompile AHMI

I attempted to run the benchmark example, which the package AHMI is required, but failed. The problem is that in BAT `SampledMeasure` (formerly `SampledDensity`) have been replaced by `EvaluatedMeasure`, but this has yet been updated in AHMI.
