Some orgs listed under Community have less than two public members

It seems to be required for orgs listed [here](https://julialang.org/community/organizations/) to have at least two public members. Five orgs do not, causing CI ([`check_orgs`](https://github.com/JuliaLang/www.julialang.org/tree/002cdd844dd18bf0bf12fdc54017500587b41909/tools/check_orgs)) to fail. These are the orgs in question: * https://github.com/JuliaPraxis * @JeffreySarnoff * https://github.com/JuliaActors * @pbayer * @tisztamo * https://github.com/JuliaNLSolvers * @pkofod * @johnmyleswhite * https://github.com/JuliaNonconvex * @mohamed82008 * https://github.com/Juliahci * @mileslucas Pinging public members and possible members. I guess try to get the members to make their membership public, so the orgs would not get deleted from the julialang.org page lists?
