[BUG] All search engines are deleted and cannot be added for Librewolf

Other ### Other Windows 11 ### Please explain the issue you are experiencing. The reason we use this tool with Librewolf is that Librewolf has a dial that allows you to decide whether to retain/delete site-specific cookies. but, I apply Phoenix through Librewolf on Windows, and it overrides the search engine extensions and removes all search engines. I arbitrarily turned off the extension override feature, through a script modification, and installed the search engine extension, but it reverts back to not having a search engine. Is there any way to add the search engine back in?
