[ENHANCEMENT] Add support for XDM Browser Monitor extension.

Hello, I realized that Phoenix by default enforces the run on sites with restrictions to be on off by default in some extensions. I'd like to add another extension to be excluded from this as well, though correct me if I'm wrong about this sentiment. The extension acts similarly to my last issue on [Zotero](https://github.com/celenityy/Phoenix/issues/11), except it sends download links to [XDM](https://github.com/subhra74/xdm) which is a download manager of sorts. XDM is my preferred download manager for large files after trying many download managers over the years.
