Deploy command for Docker cross-compiling

I would like to suggest adding deploy command that would copy required dll files next to .exe file after build. I think maybe using mingw-w64-x86_64-ntldd would be enough to extract all runtime dependencies. I have my local version of image that I am using, I can share it if needed, or I can try to implement this feature.
