Shortcuts doesn't work anymore

### Describe the bug Since the Google System Update from today no shortcuts are working anymore. The standard Samsung launcher still has the shortcuts. Deleted cache, did several restarts, changed the launcher to check with others changed back to Lawnchair and still no shortcuts available.
