System accent color is always blue

### Describe the bug Initial Discussion: https://discord.com/channels/803299970169700402/1493073996361633893/1493073996361633893 Trying to use the System accent color option results in Lawnchair always using blue, despite all other apps, and even Lawnchair itself, detecting the correct color. Initially I thought this had to do with a bug in the code that gets the color from the OS but after installing the latest nightly build I noticed that the color worked, until I tried to load a backup from the beta version and the system color accent option stopped working, the only way I was able to make it work again was deleting app data. ### Steps to reproduce 1. Go to the accent color settings screen and check the system color is correct 2. Import a backup settings file 3.
