Use `gh auth token` to automatically retrieve GitHub PAT

Please clarify when or why a token is needed. https://github.com/uncenter/nixpkgs-track/blob/main/README.md?plain=1#L43-L44 Also please clarify whether a token used and configured for `gh` or `nix` can be reused automatically.
