@tailwindcsss/vite is not working in astrobook

In [examples](https://github.com/ocavue/astrobook/tree/master/examples) the `@astrojs/tailwind` package is used. However, it was deprecated by the astro team. See https://docs.astro.build/en/guides/integrations-guide/tailwind/  When using the new approach (`@tailwindcss/vite`) tailwind styles are not working in astrobook.
