Create a release tag for v1.1.1

I'm working on adding this to Nixpkgs, but 1.1.1 never seemed to get a release tag. I'm struggling with the error from https://github.com/olets/zsh-autosuggestions-abbreviations-strategy/commit/2ba545dad21778edf39505c63c378f4a3d47ac92 on 1.1.0, so if the new version could get a release tag so I could easily point to it, I'd appreciate it.
