Add optional execution integrity example (tamper-evident export)

This PR adds a fully optional example under examples/execution_integrity/. It demonstrates a minimal Execution Integrity pattern for agent/tool executions: - hash-chained trace - deterministic export envelope - standalone third-party verification No changes to core logic. No external dependencies. If not aligned with project direction, feel free to close.
