Daily Driver Soft-Bricked - Bluetooth/Network Related?

This occurred shortly, though not immediately after the phone ran out of battery and rebooted with not quite enough battery, causing a shutdown for a while again until I was able to reboot, the phone - Pixel 8 has been running 20250814 (for 2 weeks) (and prior versions before) rooted for awhile flawlessly: (Memory about when I got notifications about services stopping isn't exact) After reboot: error about bluetooth stopping, dismiss it. Don't use the phone for a bit. Later: I connected my phone to a new wifi network. Error about bluetooth and network services (I stop apps) I put the phone down. I go back to check my phone, it gives me the bluetooth and network services is stopping. I swipe up (home action), I think it said the launcher was stopping, and then I only see aosp launcher. And all of my apps are now gone? I am pretty sure they were there after starting the phone. Only the system ones and f-droid (from privileged f-droid extension) are there. I even check apps and the system shows only 46 or 47 apps installed. My wallpaper remains through all of this. I notice that the bluetooth switch turns on for a millisecond before going back to off. I can't keep it off though because I can only press it from off to on and not on to off (I didn't think of disabling it :/) I fiddle around trying to get my apps back: I reboot, I try a different user and back, I turn on airplane mode, now I don't get any network services error (though I was getting the bluetooth one a lot more often anyways), bluetooth stopping persists (I changed the airplane mode settings so that airplane mode only disables cellular): I thought maybe some permissions were revoked, so I go one by one (slowlyish) through the bluetooth app granting permissions, as soon as I grant the one for Contacts the phone goes black. Oops. And then I think it restarted itself, I don't think I needed to make it restart. It boots up to the lockscreen, but then goes black a split second later. I reboot holding down the button for magisk anti-bootloop. It still reboots with the same behavior. I try safe mode, same behavior but the subsequent black screen also has "Safe mode" on the bottom left. I can hold down the power button and see a Lockdown, Power off, and Reboot menu (not the normal 2x2 icon grid one but a 3 row list with a white background. Also I can press the power and vol-down button and get a vibration like from a screenshot. I was able to pull down the quick settings shade right after boot and see bluetooth turn on for a millisecond right as the screen goes black. I've now also tried adb sideloading the system (same version) (booting without and with safe mode) and adb sideloading the rootless version of the system (again without and then with safe mode). Ideas on what next to try? I was thinking of using fastboot to flash some of graphene's factory image partitions (to do something akin to wiping the system cache?) But I'm not sure which images are safe to flash from GrapheneOS's factory image onto a locked PixeneOS device.
