Pumpkin is detected as a virus

### I've searched existing issues and couldn't find a duplicate. - [x] I confirm this is not a duplicate. ### Operating System Windows 11 ### Server Software Version/Commit unable to download latest ### What happened? When I try to download pumpkin it is immediately detected as a virus stopping the download selecting keep anyway lets you continue the download but it then is detected as a virus again and it cancels the download only allowing you to start another download which has the same issue ### To Reproduce On a windows 11 pc go to the PumpkinMC site and download the latest windows build ### Expected behavior You download pumpkin and it doesn't get detected as a virus and lets you start the server <img width="248" height="67" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/986ae762-84f1-4899-a36d-8c17c15f2d77" />
