Consider currently checked out branch on start

Love this project, thanks for sharing your time and work. Wondering if you'd consider allowing defaulting to the currently checked-out branch when running serie? (Currently, one has to use the Refs List (Tab) and select a desired branch, even if the branch is already checked out and currently active.) Perhaps this could be behind a configuration option to allow users to select.
