Allow moving through commits with details shown

Sometimes, I want to look at the details of several adjacent commits. It would be helpful if I could open the details of one and then keep moving with the arrow keys (or, better, vim-style and `j`, `k`) while the details stay open. Currently, I have to exit them, move to the next commit, and then open the details again.
