Support for pairing with specific Frame device

Optionally allow the Frame address (or pairing code) to be supplied when connecting. This matches the "ready to pair" launch screen on the Frame display. If unspecified, it retains the old behavior of connecting to any nearby Frame device. However in situations like hackathons where there are multiple Frame devices available nearby, this makes sure you connect to the correct one.
