feat: added codemirror devtool tab and updated module.ts

Added DevTools support. - Included devtool client under client/ - Updated module.ts and included devtools.ts - Adjusted some codemirror variables to start with. Images:   This is a good starting point to include detachable DevTool panel for the CodeMirror users in the Nuxt community.
