Feature framework seems to be redundant

All bundles under the feature `framework`(defined in the standard features) should have been loaded via `etc/startup.properties`. The entry `framework` should / can be removed from the property `featuresBoot` in the file `etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg`.
