Widget Not Loading?

Hi, Have an older device running the HA app (v2023.12 is the latest it can run, iPad Air) HA is mostly working well for a wall mounted device and I love this Lunar Phase Cads but it's not loading on that device. On a normal user account, I just get a red exclamation mark in a circle. On an admin account, it says configuration error.. maybe js error? Same in Safari I can see about remote debugging and check for errors (I'm very familiar with webdev) and don't particularly expect anyone to help with such an old device but mostly everything else is working so far and hey, keeps it out of the landfill.. but if anyone has any ideas or suggestions, appreciated
