[BUG] ML4W-OS v2.1.3 Settings menu doesn't retain set values when you re-open it

### Describe the bug Some of the Appearance settings "Theme" or "rofi border" And other system settings don't display the proper changed values. But the desired setting is in fact set. Note: I did downgrade quickshell to 0.2.x for the other know QS issue with the settings menu ### Steps to reproduce Go to setting, change theme to anything else. I am using ML4W-glass-centered. Close and re-open settings app. The theme now says "default" ### Expected behavior That the chosen value would be displayed.
