Logo Not Visible Unless 'Always Visible' is On

The Apple logo is not visible for me unless 'Always Visible' is toggled on, which is an issue, since I don't want the logo to be visible in Full Screen Mode, especially when watching videos in full screen. macOS Sonoma 14.6.1
