Add dynamic dates and TEE-based patch defaults

As per: https://github.com/JingMatrix/TEESimulator/pull/52 A specific use case is for security_patch.txt to remain current, e.g. Always 5th of current month with YYYY-MM-05 Personally, I don't think keyword like "today" is particularly useful but the template feature is desirable.
