Can't change UI to HD

Please, can someone help me? I downloaded the whole ZIP, moved the Release dir under textures\load\... Outrun2006Tweaks.ini is correctly set to use textures... but the only things I see in HD is the UI text and intro logo with Ferrari... :( Have no idea why...
