Add linux aarch64 support

This is adding support for `aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu` by adding the target to the `dist.json` file. The checksums inside of `checksum.txt` were not correct, I just downloaded the `checksum.txt` file from https://github.com/k2-fsa/sherpa-onnx/releases/download/v1.11.5/checksum.txt and replaced it. Tested on Raspberry Pi 5 with default features.
