Skip running aarch64 binary for cross-compilation example entirely

To make things a lot simpler for everyone involved, skip running the compiled binary for this example. It brings in a dependency for `binfmt_misc` and blocks Windows support, so I don't think it's worth the trade-off. I may look into fixing this in the future, but as this only affects one example on one platform right now I will not be doing so any time soon.
