wiki: NoScript is actually useful

[The wiki](https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/wiki/4.1-Extensions/#-dont-bother) says NoScript is "Redundant with uBlock Origin", but NS is more specialized than uBO. IIRC, it prevents the execution of cached (non-inline) scripts, [unlike uBO](https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uBlock-issues/issues/893). It also has a bit of extra protection against XSS, and some QoL/UX features to make toggles more convenient. However, I do agree that simply using uBO is much better, because of its general-purpose nature
