NIN Murdras issues

1. Rotation seems to use Katon, Doton or Raiton Murdra combination but leaves the Ninjutsu cast out so the cast never actually releases, wasting the Murdra. This happens very many times in AoE situations when you have Doton down and are expected to see Katon next: Murdars are used but Ninjutsu is not so Katon is never cast. 2. Rotation seems to cast Doton randomly out of combat or priortize Doton cast with single target enemies that are near death instead of casting Raiton. 3. Rotation sometimes just does not use any Murdras for a longer period of time which is a major DPS loss. 4. Occasionally rotation uses Kassatsu but never casts any Murdra afterwards, wasting the buff.
