SAM gets stuck to 1-2-3 rotation when Shoha is available and only 1 target is alive

SAM rotation will either completely stop or just loop 1-2-3 basic rotation when Shoha ability is available and only 1 target is alive. If Shoha is used manually, full rotation immediately continues after.
