Duplicated error with soft_filtered_transcripts is true

### Description of the bug Hello, The EVIGENE would throw a dup error (255) if soft_filtered_transcripts of SPADES is set to TRUE. Is there a way to use soft_filtered_transcripts and avoid the duplications?
