Changelog keeps showing the same package update

I'm using rechunk on some images and every single Changelog shows the same package update: ``` - gpg-pubkey: e37ed158 → c2a1e572 ``` See here: https://github.com/AlmaLinux/atomic-desktop/releases The rest of the changelog makes sense, packages aren't repeated, but it's like gpg-pubkey never gets updated. Is this a known issue?
