Feature Request: Build an AI Chatbot for College Ecosystem Project

Description: We need an AI chatbot feature in the project to enable users to ask queries related to college information. This chatbot will enhance user experience by providing quick responses and automating repetitive query handling. Requirements: 1. LLM Integration: Use an open-source LLM (e.g., Llama, GPT-J) or a free LLM API to handle natural language queries. 2. Functionality: The chatbot should be able to answer generic college-related queries initially. 3. Database Integration (Future Scope): Add capabilities to connect to the project's database for automating responses based on actual data (e.g., student records, schedules, events). Expectations: Develop and integrate the chatbot into the project. Use modular and scalable code for future enhancements (like adding database access). Ensure ease of use and deployment for contributors. Additional Notes: Contributors can propose LLM options based on feasibility and availability. All PRs should follow the project’s contribution guidelines.
