Head nodes seem to be requiring a lot of RAM - AWSBatch

### Description of the bug I believe the nf-anndata extension is not behaving as desired when backed by S3 files, resulting in relatively large amounts of RAM being used by the head node. It seems to be loading the whole h5ad file into memory.
