[Feature]: Disable "Star" splash screen

### Short summary Option to disable the Mercedes star splash screen before showing the card ### Detailed description When the dashboard loads the card shows a splash screen of the Mercedes star for ~1 second before showing the actual information. This not only leads to a delay, but adds a certain level of "distraction" to the eye without upside. Therefore I suggest a general option to disable it.
