[Bug]: Replacement texture 24B1E81A refuses to load

### Tweaks version outrun2006tweaks-02d03ea5521877096ec8774c57e1d9ba708d3ef3 ### Describe your issue here (please attach the OutRun2006Tweaks.log file with your report, you can drag+drop it into the text area) A texture replacement was remade by the community and it doesn't load. The texture 24B1E81A_128x128 refuses to load for some reason. It is supposed to be at: **spr_SPRANI_SUMO_VSLOAD_Exst/24B1E81A_128x128.dds** But maybe it has another equivalent in some other place that we don't know, or maybe the folder should be lowercase like the other English folders?
