set width of the the menu to the width of the longest visible entry instead of the whole entry list

### Issues - [X] I have checked [existing issues](https://github.com/max397574/care.nvim/issues) and there are no existing ones with the same request. ### Feature description   In the screenshot, the width of the menu is near to the longest entry throughout the whole entry list _instead_ of the **visible** ones. It would be better if the width of the menu is set to the one which is **_visible_** in the menu instead of setting it to the longest entry throughout the entire list of entries as it takes a huge amount of space. ### Help No ### Implementation help I don't know on how I can help with this matter, I can try with the correct set of supports, though.
